Introduction
Green Party Member, usually a Nader voter, focused on Labor rights, against offshoring American jobs, troubled by the quality of dialogue that pits White/Black American workers against immigrants. Are you really a racist just because u want to work?

  •  Yay, Sue! & glad you bring up the conundrum on race & work. We need to focus on the larger frame of reference where corporate globalism seeks cheap labor and cheap raw materials. Lincoln's chief economic advisor, Henry Carey, tirelessly advocated that the way to improve the conditions of exploited workers overseas was to protect and upgrade the American laborer's situation. Course now, "protectionism" has been made a dirty word.
